Portuários Stadium Unveils New Home and Challengers for Title Fights
Since its inception in 2015, Portuários Stadium has experienced various locations and moments. Changes have been part of the event's journey, but one thing has remained intact over the years: the essence of Portuários Stadium.
Regarded as one of the main stages for Brazilian Muay Thai, the event has established itself as an important showcase for athletes seeking recognition in the national scene. Throughout its history, it has also unveiled great talents who have made their mark on the global stage, such as Allycia Rodrigues and Júlio Lobo.
More than just promoting exciting fights, Portuários Stadium aims to showcase the level and essence of Brazilian Muay Thai, providing opportunities for new talents to demonstrate their potential.
The 141st edition, held last Saturday (12), was yet another testament to this mission.
In its new location, Portuários Stadium found a simpler and more compact space, yet it did not fall short in terms of atmosphere.
The closeness of the audience, the energy within the venue, and the intensity of the fights created a contagious vibe, maintaining what has always defined the event: authentic Muay Thai, with athletes striving to make their mark in the ring.
In addition to the preliminary card, this edition featured three bouts on the main card, with two fights determining new challengers for the titles in their respective categories.
Opening the main card, Kawan Bobadilha (Fênix Team) faced Vinny Ice (Dindô Team).

In a highly intense match, Kawan managed to impose his game and secured victory by technical knockout in the 4th round, marking another significant result in his career.
In the second fight of the main card, Cláudio Jr (Yaksha MT) and Yrhuam Rodrigues (DK1 Academy) engaged in a true five-round war.
The fighter from Rio de Janeiro was able to set the pace throughout the bout, controlling the action and winning by judges' decision.
With this result, Cláudio Jr. qualified to challenge for the title in the 67kg category, where he will face the current champion, Cauê Bossio.
In the main event of edition 141, Rodrigo Reis (Elite Top Team) took on Alysson Ferinha (Siam Fight).
Rodrigo did not need much time to conclude the fight. He achieved a knockout in the 1st round with a devastating elbow strike, ending the bout emphatically.
With this victory, Rodrigo Reis earned the right to challenge for the title in the 60kg category against the current number one in the division, Ebram Mello (Koh Tao Muay Thai).
Edition 141 marks another chapter in the history of Portuários Stadium. A new home, new athletes gaining recognition, and two new challengers being set for future title fights.
Since 2015, the landscape has changed, locations have shifted, and new names have emerged. But the mission remains the same: to serve as a showcase for Brazilian talent and keep the essence of Muay Thai alive in the ring.
