The Inner Circle 34 Results: Rustam Yunusov Dominates Suriyanlek to Extend Unbeaten Run to 18-0
Russian teenager delivers another commanding performance at Lumpinee Stadium, scoring two eight-counts on his way to a unanimous decision victory

Rustam Yunusov continued his rapid rise through the flyweight Muay Thai ranks with another statement-making victory at The Inner Circle 34.
The 19-year-old Russian standout improved his professional record to a perfect 18-0 after earning a unanimous decision over experienced Thai campaigner Suriyanlek Por Yenying in the main event at Bangkok’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, October 9.
The victory also marked Yunusov’s ninth consecutive win under the promotion’s banner, further strengthening his case for the coveted US$100,000 contract that would secure him a place on the organization’s main roster.
Despite the convincing final result, Yunusov did not have everything his own way from the opening bell.
Suriyanlek entered the contest determined to rebound from his previous loss to Ramadan Ondash and immediately applied pressure, marching forward in an attempt to force the undefeated Russian into close-range exchanges.
Yunusov remained composed, refusing to be drawn into an unnecessary brawl. Instead, he used his timing and range to punish the advancing Thai with accurate left kicks and well-placed knees. One particularly sharp knee connected cleanly with Suriyanlek’s chin and highlighted the Russian’s control of the opening round.
Suriyanlek still managed to land a solid right hand late in the frame, offering a reminder that he remained dangerous.
The complexion of the fight changed dramatically in round two.
Yunusov began finding openings with increasing frequency, mixing powerful knees with looping left hands while forcing his opponent backward. After trapping Suriyanlek near the ropes, the Russian drove a crushing left hand into the body.

The shot immediately folded Suriyanlek and sent him to the canvas, resulting in the first eight-count of the contest.
Yunusov increased the pressure again in the final round.
Rather than protecting his advantage, he continued moving forward behind combinations of jabs, straight punches, hooks, kicks, and knees. Suriyanlek was repeatedly forced onto the defensive as Yunusov controlled both the distance and pace of the action.
With the Thai pinned near the corner, Yunusov unleashed a series of heavy elbows before following with punches. The sustained attack produced a second eight-count and effectively removed any remaining doubt about the outcome.
Suriyanlek survived until the final bell, but all three judges awarded the contest to Yunusov.
The result keeps the Russian prospect’s unbeaten record intact and adds another impressive performance to a run that has quickly established him as one of the division’s most promising young fighters.
