A rivalry that has already seen four encounters is set to add another chapter in Muay Thai. Komawut FA Group and Yodphupa Petkiatpet will face off again on Friday, November 6, during The Inner Circle 37 at Lumpinee Stadium in Ramintra, Bangkok. The fight will be contested under Muay Thai rules in the bantamweight category (135–145 pounds).
Komawut, 27, hailing from Nong Khai, holds the edge in their head-to-head record. The two have fought three times in traditional five-round Muay Thai, with one victory for Komawut and two draws. They also shared the ring at ONE Lumpinee 50 in February 2024, this time with smaller gloves.
On that occasion, Komawut accepted to fight with nearly a five-pound disadvantage and emerged victorious by split decision, two votes to one. Yodphupa, now 22, is still in search of his first win against his rival.
More than two years later, both fighters arrive for the rematch at significant moments in their careers.
Komawut started strong at ONE Lumpinee, winning seven of his first nine fights. However, he then went through a stretch of five fights without a victory. His comeback came in August at ONE Lumpinee 167, where he defeated Myanmar's Kyaw Swar Win by split decision.

Now, Komawut aims to leverage his experience and strength to secure another win against an opponent he knows well, maintain his momentum, and return to contention for a contract with ONE.
On the other side, Yodphupa has his own motivations. A native of Chaiyaphum, the champion of the first season of Road To ONE Thailand had a streak of four consecutive victories at ONE Lumpinee, but an injury sidelined him from the ring for nearly two years.
His return occurred in 2026, although the quest for consistency remains a challenge. In August, Yodphupa returned to winning ways by defeating Myanmar's Saw Min Min by unanimous decision at The Inner Circle 27.
For Komawut, the goal is to confirm his superiority in their direct encounters. For Yodphupa, the mission is to break an unfavorable record and demonstrate that he can regain his footing.
The live broadcast of The Inner Circle 37 will run from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM on Live.ONEFC.com, exclusively for members. Those wishing to see the fight in the stadium can reserve tickets through THAI TICKET MAJOR.
