From 300 to 500,000 Baht: Mongkutpetch Shines at Rajadamnern, Turning Victories into Family Support
Rajadamnern champion Mongkutpetch went from a 300 baht purse in childhood to bringing 500,000 baht home for her family in a single fight.

From a child kicking a pillow at her father's encouragement to a champion capable of bringing home 500,000 baht in a single fight, Mongkutpetch Petchyindee's journey illustrates how Muay Thai can transform an athlete's life both inside and outside the ring.
The female champion of the Rajadamnern Stadium in the minimum weight category (105 pounds), Mongkutpetch stands out not only for her results but also for how she uses her fight earnings to support her family.
According to SiamMuay, she began training in her second year of kindergarten, when her father had her kick a long pillow. At that time, her purse was just 300 baht.
Today, the reality is different.
In her most recent fight for the Rajadamnern World Series (RWS), combining her purse and bonuses, Mongkutpetch brought home 500,000 baht for her parents and family support. Much more than just a good night's work.
Title Defended with Authority

The results help explain this evolution. Mongkutpetch won the title on April 5, 2025, defeating Payahong Banchamek by decision. Since then, she has proven that her rise to the top was no accident.
The first defense came on June 14, 2025, against Duangdawnoi Looksaikongdin. On February 21, 2026, she defended her title again, this time against Devina Martin.
On September 5, 2026, she showcased her finishing power: she knocked out Petchsaiparn Sitpanacherng in the first round, retaining her title.
These results place Mongkutpetch among the top names in the women's 105-pound division at Rajadamnern.
But there is another side to the story. In Muay Thai, where each camp demands sacrifice, turning one's performance into a better life for the family carries special weight. The girl who started by kicking a pillow now holds the title at one of the sport's most traditional stadiums and is able to give back the support she received from a young age.
From 300 baht to the 500,000 baht delivered to her parents, Mongkutpetch Petchyindee has built a career where victories extend beyond the ring. They reach home.
