Mungkornlek Celebrates Rajadamnern Title, Challenges Petchsila and Draws Attention from Chujai
Rajadamnern 126 lb champion Mungkornlek aims to face Petchsila in a super fight, while his name emerges in Kiatpetch's plans.

Mungkornlek Sor. Thanapol has lifted a weight off his shoulders. After defeating Narak Banglong Auto Max by unanimous decision and unifying the Rajadamnern featherweight (126 lb) title, the fighter did not hide his relief. In a post-fight interview, he admitted he entered under pressure but managed to impose his game to leave the ring as champion. Now, he has another target: Petchsila Wor. Auracha.
The victory came at the RWS Knocktoberfest, held on October 24 at the Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok. Mungkornlek won on all three judges' scorecards, with scores of 50-44, 49-45, and 49-45. In addition to the title, he received a bonus of 250,000 baht, while Narak took home 100,000 baht.
In an interview shared by Popchakorn from the SiamMuay page, Mungkornlek revealed he received important advice before stepping into the ring: to fight his way and maintain pressure by moving forward. He noted that his confidence began to grow in the second round when he realized Narak was losing his rhythm.
In the third round, Mungkornlek scored a knockdown with a kick. Even with the advantage, he did not want to coast. He explained that he continued to apply pressure in the fourth round to prevent Narak from regaining strength and momentum in the fight.

With the title secured, Mungkornlek is already thinking about a significant matchup. The champion expressed interest in facing Petchsila Wor. Auracha, the unified Rajadamnern champion at 122 lb, in a super fight with a prize of one million baht. Confident, he stated that the encounter would be thrilling and made it clear that he does not intend to give up ground or relinquish his title easily.
However, another challenge may also arise. Promoter Deer Kiatpetch has opened a poll for fans to choose the next opponent for Chujai Chujai Muay Thai Gym, the number one ranked featherweight at Rajadamnern. The options presented were Mungkornlek and Fairang Chor. Hapayak, with the fight scheduled for November 22 as part of the Kiatpetch program.
For now, there is no confirmed opponent for Chujai nor confirmation of a fight between Mungkornlek and Petchsila. What is clear is that winning the title has placed Mungkornlek at the center of new possibilities at Rajadamnern. After overcoming the pressure to reach the top, the champion now seeks even greater challenges.
