Phet A-Cheer Responds to 'Content Fighter' Criticism, Emphasizes Discipline Inside and Outside the Ring
Criticized for creating content on social media, Phet A-Cheer focuses on discipline to grow in Muay Thai and secure his family's future.
Being a Muay Thai fighter while also producing content for social media often invites criticism. However, Phet A-Cheer from Bangsaen Fight Club is not willing to choose between the ring and the internet. Recognized as one of the standout names of the new generation making waves both inside and outside the ring, he prefers to respond to comments with discipline and hard work.
This story was featured on the show Luk Mai Muay Thai The Next Gen Fighter, a project by the Office of the Boxing Sport Committee, affiliated with the Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT). The episode highlights Phet A-Cheer's mindset in the face of a label that has become a topic of discussion in modern Muay Thai: the "content fighter".
This term is often used to criticize athletes who also invest in their image on digital platforms. In Phet A-Cheer's case, however, his social media presence does not mean neglecting his training.
When it's time to train, he gives it 100%. His free time is dedicated to creating content and spreading positive energy to his fans. For him, both aspects go hand in hand, as long as discipline remains the foundation.

More Than Just Visibility, A Source of Income
His presence on social media also serves a purpose beyond gaining followers. Phet A-Cheer aims to diversify his income sources to provide a more comfortable life for his family, seizing opportunities that arise outside the ring without compromising the demands of his career.
The message of the program is clear: in the new era of Muay Thai, discipline is essential, and opportunities must be seized. Rather than allowing himself to be defined by criticism, Phet A-Cheer strives to turn visibility into something positive for his own journey and for those around him.
