ONE Announces Rematch Between Nico Carrillo and Nabil Anane, Title Unification Between Prajanchai and Aliff at Lumpinee
Nico and Nabil face off in a rematch, while Prajanchai and Aliff compete for the strawweight title unification at ONE.

ONE Championship is gearing up for a blockbuster card to close out December. Chatri Sityodtong, the organization’s chairman and CEO, announced two matchups for The Inner Circle 43, scheduled for December 18, 2026, at Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok. Nico Carrillo will have his rematch against Nabil Anane, while Prajanchai PK Saenchai and Aliff Sor Dechapan will battle for the Muay Thai world strawweight title.
The announcement came via Chatri's social media, with a straightforward message: "Nico vs Nabil 2 / Prajanchai vs Aliff — 12/18 #TIC43." The news was echoed by the Thai page Muay Thai Stand, which referred to the post as the "Big News from the Boss."
Nico Carrillo Seeks Revenge Against Nabil Anane
The rematch between Nico Carrillo and Nabil Anane promises to be one of the event's main attractions. The two first met at ONE 170 in January 2025, where Nabil shocked the Scotsman with a knockout in the first round, claiming the interim bantamweight Muay Thai title.
Since then, much has changed. Nabil, 22, lost the bantamweight title to Rambolek Chor Ajalaboon in March and suffered another defeat by split decision against Suakim Sor Jor Thongprajin in August.
However, the Algerian-Thai fighter bounced back at ONE Samurai 4 in Tokyo, defeating Yuki Yoza by unanimous decision in kickboxing. After the event, Chatri hinted at the possibility of Nabil facing Nico again.
Now, the matchup is officially announced. ONE champion Carrillo took to social media to express his intention to keep his title: "Ready for December. The belt stays with me," wrote the Scotsman.

For Nico, this is a chance to avenge his earlier loss. For Nabil, it’s an opportunity to replicate the result that marked his title win.
Prajanchai and Aliff Set to Decide the Strawweight Title
The other major fight announced by Chatri features two champions facing off. On one side is Prajanchai PK Saenchai, a 32-year-old Thai and the holder of the Muay Thai world strawweight title. On the other side is Aliff Sor Dechapan, 22, the current interim champion of the division.
This matchup will take place over five rounds and is for the unification of the titles.
Aliff comes into the fight on a six-fight winning streak. The Malaysian captured the interim title in July at The Inner Circle 23 by knocking out Sam-A Gaiyanghadao in the fifth round, becoming the first Malaysian to win a ONE world title.
Prajanchai, on the other hand, has been sidelined due to injury. He returned to action on October 16 at The Inner Circle 35 but lost by split decision to Wang Junguang in kickboxing.
The bout with Aliff has been highly anticipated. The two have faced each other twice before, but the fights fell through due to Prajanchai's injury.
This time, expectations are high for the matchup to finally take place in the ring, pitting the champion against the interim titleholder to determine a single owner of the strawweight belt.
With a highly publicized rematch and a world title unification, The Inner Circle 43 adds two significant bouts to the ONE Championship calendar. The event will take place at the historic Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok on December 18.
