Champion's Menu: Kirill Khomutov's Eight Meals Including Ice Cream During Weight Cut
From oatmeal to green tea popsicles during weight cut: Kirill Khomutov's eight-dish menu on his way to the Rajadamnern interim title.

Intense training is just part of the journey to a championship belt. Outside the ring, nutrition and recovery also play a crucial role. Russian fighter Kirill Khomutov, the interim welterweight champion (147 lb) of Rajadamnern, had the behind-the-scenes details of his preparation revealed by Muay Thai Stand, showcasing the eight options in his diet leading up to the title win.
Khomutov claimed the belt on October 10, 2026, defeating Award Kazimba by technical knockout in the fifth round. During his training camp, the fighter maintained a structured eating routine to match the intensity of his workouts, paying close attention to his intake of proteins, carbohydrates, and other nutrients.
The menu began with overnight oats topped with berries and peanut butter. Another option was toast with avocado, scrambled eggs, and tuna. For variety, the Russian also included protein pancakes with honey, peanut butter, and raspberry jam.

For main meals, he opted for heartier dishes. Choices included pasta with pesto sauce and chicken, rice with eggs and grilled shrimp, and steak served with baked sweet potatoes. Another combination featured an omelet with cheese, shrimp, and broccoli, ensuring a diverse range of foods throughout his preparation.
However, the most surprising item was not a protein-rich meal. Even during the weight cut period, Khomutov made room for a green tea popsicle coated in a generous layer of chocolate. This sweet treat appeared as the eighth option on the menu, highlighting that the fighter's diet was not limited to dishes traditionally associated with sports nutrition.
This detail helps to reveal a lesser-seen aspect of the preparation of a high-level nak muay. Amid intense training sessions and the challenge of making weight, Khomutov balanced dietary discipline with variety on his plate. This routine was part of his journey to winning the interim Rajadamnern title.
