Phet A-Cheer Triumphs with Elbows at RWS, Earns Praise from Kan Nakamura
Phet A-Cheer defeated Karam Toor with a flurry of elbows at RWS, receiving accolades from his former opponent Kan Nakamura.

Phet A-Cheer from Bangsaen Fight Club utilized elbows as his primary weapon to defeat Karam Toor at RWS on Saturday (24) at Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok. The Thai fighter pressured his English opponent with a series of strikes that caused cuts, leading to a TKO stoppage in the second round. His performance even caught the attention of Kan Nakamura, the current Rajadamnern champion in the 135-pound division.
The Japanese fighter, who has faced Phet A-Cheer in the past, took to social media to commend the Thai's elbow techniques. In a light-hearted tone, he wrote: "Thank you for teaching me how to use elbows."
This praise was particularly notable given their history. In March of this year, Kan Nakamura knocked out Phet A-Cheer in the first round at a RISE event in Japan. Now, it was the Thai's turn to impress his former rival with his performance at Rajadamnern.

Despite the convincing victory, Phet A-Cheer revealed in a post-fight interview that he entered the ring under significant pressure. He noted that two younger teammates had already lost, and facing a physically larger opponent added to the challenge.
The initial plan was to fight more cautiously, avoiding a fast pace to prevent physical exhaustion. Phet A-Cheer also acknowledged Karam Toor's resilience, as he absorbed strong strikes even in the first round. The elbows that decided the fight, according to the Thai, are techniques he practices regularly in training.
Relieved by the outcome, the fighter emphasized the support from fans who came to cheer for him. He also mentioned that Boss Bell had promised a trip to Japan if he secured the victory.
Regarding a potential title shot in the 130-pound division, Phet A-Cheer chose not to speculate on his next steps. For now, his focus is on continuing to deliver strong performances before pursuing a title opportunity.
